Acumen Data Systems’ VIEW Suite is a single platform that has cross-database reporting tools to make time and attendance management easier. The solution is designed to automate complex processes and eliminate costly document errors, allowing managers, HR and Payroll to focus on more important matters.
ClockVIEW is a centralized workforce management software with mobile functionality, giving managers access to critical information whenever and wherever they need it. Employee self-service capabilities make it easy for employees to keep demographic information up-to-date and request time off for any occasion.
Intuitive dashboards allow all levels of users (from administrators to employees) to easily navigate between tasks. Color-coded icons let supervisors see who’s in the office, on break or out with a single glance.
Features
ClockVIEW has a variety of tools that simplify the daily tasks for time and attendance management:
Employee Messaging – Automatically send an employee an email, text or a Web-based message.
Event Manager – Set up automatic emails to alert supervisors and/or employees whenever certain events happen, including late arrivals or missed punch-ins, extra breaks, time-off requests and more.
Employee Demographics – Reduce administrative work by allowing employees to update their demographic data as needed. Set limitations for what information employees can see and edit to keep data secure.
Timekeeping – ClockVIEW offers clients an electronic time card to ensure accurate timekeeping. Supervisors can also capture time punches during network outages so critical information isn’t lost.
Rule Management – Set rules for remuneration, clock-in/clock-out grace periods and exceptions that comply with your company’s policy in just a few clicks.
Time-Off Requests – All time-off requests pop-up on the supervisor’s homepage so they won’t fall through the cracks. Once approved, an email and/or Outlook Calendar event will be made on the appropriate employee’s account.
Time Clock Options – All time clocks from Acumen Data Systems have either a PIN entry, biometric or card-swipe option for employee punch-ins and punch-outs to eliminate buddy punching.
Certification Assignment – Assign employees certifications to complete so they can improve various skills. This can be done for individual employees or whole departments.
Point/Demerit System – Easily reward or punish your employees based on the criteria you set, such as attendance, behavioral traits, accomplishments and more. This reward system can be linked to the Event Manager to create automatic notifications for when employees should earn/lose points.
Data Synchronization – Information entered into ClockVIEW can be synced with other VIEW Suite systems from Acumen Data Systems, along with Payroll, ERP and HR software, to avoid duplicate data entry and reduce document errors.
