Product Overview

Cegid Talent (previously known as Technomedia) is a unified, native talent management platform designed to help large and mid-size enterprise companies retain and develop talent. Clients can purchase the entire platform or specific modules based on their needs.

Cegid Talent is deployed and hosted in the cloud, so clients won’t need to worry about having to host their own data.

Cegid Talent integrates with various types of systems, such as payroll systems, human resource management systems (HRMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Also, we want to briefly mention PeopleVision, Cegid’s new people management solution. PeopleVision has HR data visualization, dynamic dashboarding and predictive analytics features that help companies proactively manage their workforce. Users can run analytics on data pulled from multiple sources, such as Cegid Talent’s talent management modules or third-party applications. PeopleVision isn’t restricted to HR, top executives and managers. Employees can track their performance and career plans.

Like Cegid’s talent management modules, PeopleVision is a cloud-based solution and is accessible from any device, mobile or otherwise.
