From delegation to project completion, DocMinder automates common, time-consuming processes, allowing managers to focus more on the project itself rather than worrying about missed tasks like follow-ups.

Similar to MS Office, DocMinder has a familiar, easy-to-learn interface. The interface includes important reporting tools that can be centralized among people, departments and clients to keep everyone on the same page.

The features of DocMinder resemble those found in an email. They include sections like To and CC, a subject and message body.

However, the difference lies in DocMinder’s robust capabilities to add due dates and notifications reminding recipients to complete the tasks given. These functions are linked to the DocMinder dashboard, allowing managers and task recipients to track their progress using formats such as a to-do list, graphical reports and a calendar.

Some additional features DocMinder provides are:

  • Workflows – In DocMinder, the checklists and surveys created for your team can be linked together to create a workflow that follows a structured process. This can also be used as a Decision Tree to strategically plan for different possible outcomes.
  • Checklist Management – Delivered to your whole team by email, the checklist is a collaborative to-do list that keeps everyone up to date by showing the individual tasks assigned.
  • Automatic Reminder Creation (ARC) – This is a tool to “DocMinder® enable” other 3rd party products, web forms, etc. This can add the management of tasks through common email to your existing systems.
  • Reports – DocMinder Reports allow managers to track the performance of a project in a number of ways – including in real time, and by law firm, individual, topic, matter, etc.
