Good: Custom-branded mobile app and ACTIV authoring tools for an interactive training presentation, no additional fees other than subscription price, easy to create and track training.
Bad: Specifically designed for retail, service-based and multi-site industries; may not be best solution for large-scale single-location applications.

Product Overview

World Manager’s Train + Develop suite is a cloud-based platform designed to be accessible from any device. In addition to offering training content, employers can also track training progress and sign off on employees’ training in specific areas (such as safety) for compliance purposes. This includes tracking all live training to ensure a truly blended learning approach.

One of World Manager’s unique benefits is that there are no fixed-term contracts and no setup fees. Also, product upgrades and customer support are both free.

In addition, companies can have their World Manager platform fully customized for their brand, including a logos, company colors, login pages, backgrounds, and even the platform name.

There’s the Communicate Suite that’s designed to drive engagement and expand the platform to a more social experience. It includes an interactive company calendar, notices, a document library, image gallery, forums and several other key tools. This suite opens up the line of communication between all user groups in an organization.
