Even though the implementation strategy and timeline are different for each client, Brightpearl boasts that its average go-live time is within 90 days.

Customer Support

Both pricing tiers include unlimited technical support. Users can access the knowledge base to browse documentation, participate in forums or submit a ticket, and they can also contact the support team by phone or email.

The Brightpearl ERP System plan offers additional support, such as a dedicated Customer Success Manager, periodic health check reports, utilization reviews and success planning. Note that these services aren’t available on the Brightpearl Order Management Solution tier.
