Thryv is an all-in-one client experience platform that helps small businesses communicate with customers and stay on top of their tasks. Users can schedule appointments, create marketing campaigns and receive payment. Thryv offers flexibility that lets businesses purchase only the features they need. Contact management – Users can find, filter and sort through their contact database, as well as create custom fields. New contacts are automatically added from the Client Portal, but users can also import them from an Excel or CSV file. There’s an add-on feature called Thryv Secure that helps health care organizations ensure their database is compliant with HIPAA regulations.

Client Portal – Businesses can set up a portal for their customers to send messages, schedule appointments and make payments. The portal can be customizable with the company’s logo, colors and call to actions. The vendor can also build a custom website with video options and optimize it for search engines.

Customer communication – With the inbox feature, users can communicate with customers via text and email. They can share and store files and they can also can set up automated reminders for follow-ups and other tasks.

Marketing automation – The software has a library of custom messaging templates that users can format and send in one click. In addition, they can create their own campaigns. There’s also an opt-in feature that lets customers sign up to receive communications via any page of the website. Finally, there’s the analytics features for measuring opens, clicks and other campaign metrics.

Social media – Users can manage their Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts via the platform, such as scheduling posts in advance and adding comments. Thryv provides a template library of over 525,000 pre-written posts, and it also offers social media management services for businesses that want to outsource this task.

Other features – The software has additional features, such as invoicing, payment processing and reputation management (i.e., managing customer reviews from Facebook, Google and Yelp). The optional listing management feature helps businesses manage an online presence by syncing its profiles with over 60 directory listings.
