Product Overview

The Top Producer X CRM software provides real estate professionals the tools for improving client relationships. Realtors can engage with prospects using an organized database and the Follow Up Coach feature. Top Producer X CRM is deployed in the cloud, so its features are accessible on any device.

Features

Here are some key features of Top Producer X CRM.

Client database – With the client database, realtors can get a 360-degree view of each contact that includes demographics data. The activity history for each contact (e.g., calls, texts, emails, notes) is displayed in a timeline view. Top Producer X CRM syncs with Microsoft, iCloud and Google calendar, and realtors can import or export contact lists.

Pipeline management – Realtors can connect with prospects in all stages of the pipeline using the Follow Up Coach feature that provide reminders. The Follow Up Coach can also alert users on specific dates like holidays, birthdays or anniversaries of a home purchase. Realtors can create targeted emails and texts by using the software’s custom templates.

Insights – There are two Insights features: Property Insights and Social Insights. Property Insights connects Top Producer X CRM with the Managed Listing Service (MLS) data, and can show stats on the property (e.g., buyers view or inquiries). The Social Insights feature allows realtors to see their contact’s public social media profiles (e.g., bios, photos, locations) on sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.

Market Snapshot Reports – Market Snapshot Reports is a drip marketing tool where agents email their clients reports on specific property listings. The report displays the listing data sourced from the MLS (including listing status), and it also has a “report card” on local schools and a link for messaging the realtor. Realtors can schedule the report’s frequency in advance. They can also get insights into the report’s opens, clicks and views.

FiveStreet – FiveStreet is a lead management tool that pulls leads from over 150 sources. Realtors can get notifications if new leads are announced to the team and when a team member claims it. They can keep the new leads warm by sending automatic email or text responses. Realtors can also see lead metrics and filter them by date or location. Leads can be automatically pushed to Top Producer X CRM or Mailchimp, as well as exported to a .CSV file.

Real estate agent website – This optional feature allows realtors to show property listings and capture new leads with a branded website. They can set up their site by using a site wizard, which also includes a choice of 12 mobile-responsive designs. Realtors can add photos, a blog section and an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) connection that sends listing information from the MLS. In addition, realtors can create listing landing pages with listing data, photos, an interactive map and an open house calendar.

Implementation/Integration

New clients can demo the software before purchasing any of the subscription plans (see Pricing section below for more details). Top Producer provides setup assistance and live coaching as part of its Success Program, and users can also follow the Quick Start Guide for setting up their accounts.

Customer Service & Support

The Top Producer Success Program includes two personal check-ins within the first 30 days, phone, email and live chat support during regular business hours and weekly “Ask Us Anything” Facebook Live sessions. Users can also browse articles within the support portal.

Pricing

Top Producer offers three subscription plans with monthly or annual billing, which the Top Producer Success Program (see details in our Customer Support section above) and integration with the MLS. The pricing below reflects annual billing.

The three plans are:

  • Starter – The Starter plan costs $40.50 per user, per month and includes all of the features of the Top Producer X CRM.
  • Professional – The Professional plan is priced at $67.50 per user, per month and includes all of the features in the Starter plan, plus the Market Snapshot Reports tool.
  • Advanced – The Advanced plan costs $76.50 per user, per month and includes all of the features in the Professional plan, plus the FiveStreet lead management solution.

The real estate agent website feature is an additional $10 per month.

Shortcomings

Because Top Producer X CRM is the newest version that has robust features, some users felt there was a learning curve.
