4Site At A Glance
The 4Site Suite is an integrated CMMS/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution that focuses on more than just maintenance. It aims to help facility and maintenance managers maintain their equipment and assets at top performance, control maintenance costs, and adhere to regulatory standards.
4Site is deployed either as an on-premise solution, via the Web, or by mobile devices.
4Site’s integrated suite is broken down into these components:
Asset Maintenance – This module helps managers keep track of repairs and costs of their assets – it provides predictive/preventive maintenance functionality, a database of equipment work and repair history, cost analyses of different equipment, and automatic updates to information on the life of the equipment (i.e. costs of parts). It also provides reliability centered maintenance (RCM) tools to help determine when or how failure can occur and determine high-priority repairs.
Purchasing & Procurement – Working together with the Inventory Management module, this function helps improve efficiency, promote collaboration with suppliers, and control MRO (maintenance, repair, operations) costs. It includes an electronic catalog that users can access information on a part, especially one made with hazardous materials.
Inventory Management – This module help users improve productivity and reduce maintenance costs, as well as promote worker and environmental safety. The IM features include accessing inventory information via a barcode scanner, streamlined stock records for multiple warehouses, ability to reserve parts directly from work orders, and provide automatic reorders based on trends and forecasting.
Accounting & Financials – This module also helps companies control costs and meet regulatory compliance standards. Among its features include reporting tools, ability to approve payments and printing checks, automatic transfer of data from the asset, purchasing, and inventory management modules, and providing real-time summaries of current data.
Mobile – With their mobile devices, workers can access and enter maintenance information (create work orders, order parts, submit time sheets, etc) from the field. Data entered via mobile devices is synced in with the 4Site software.
Systems & Security – 4Site can be deployed in either single sites or in companies with multiple locations. Access can also be controlled based on job roles.

Before beginning the implementation process, 4Site works with companies in assessing their needs and how the software fills those needs. Once the software is live, 4Site provides a post-implementation audit to determine how users adapt to the software.
