Implementation/Onboarding

New clients work with a dedicated onboarding specialist who will guide them during the implementation process. Hippo CMMS has three main onboarding packages: Standard Onboarding, Enhanced Onboarding and Full Facility Audit (formerly Premium Onboarding). Pricing starts at $600 and a full quote depends on the scope of work performed. Here are the details of each onboarding package:

Standard Onboarding

The Standard Onboarding package targets organizations that are using CMMS software for the first time. The onboarding specialist will train end users within the first 30 days on setting up their equipment/asset database, creating work order templates, running maintenance reports and other Hippo CMMS features.

Enhanced Onboarding

The enhanced onboarding package typically lasts 60 days and is intended for companies that are migrating from their former CMMS software. Hippo CMMS’s onboarding team will import the data electronically, and they’ll also provide custom training sessions to end users.

Full Facility Audit

Intended for companies that don’t have the time or resources to set up a database on each piece of equipment, this package lets Hippo CMMS’s onboarding team perform a full audit of each asset at the client’s facility. They’ll record pertinent asset/equipment data, such as serial numbers or preventive maintenance status, and then populate all of the data in the Hippo CMMS software.

Conclusion

Hippo CMMS offers robust functionality in each pricing plan, and because the plans are scalable, companies can upgrade or downgrade their subscription if their needs change. Prospective clients can sign up for a free trial or contact Hippo CMMS for more information.
