Implementation

MPulse offers three implementation programs based on the client’s needs. Pricing for each program varies, so prospects are encouraged to reach out to the vendor for a quote.

The three programs are:

Basic Implementation Program

In the Basic Implementation Program, the MPulse consultant provides the client with CMMS best practices that they can apply to the software, as well as ask about any custom features or tools the client will need for their MPulse database. An MPulse engineer will then finalize the client’s database setup. The Basic Implementation Program is delivered virtually over the course of three days.

Assured Implementation Program

MPulse’s Assured Implementation Program is designed to help companies get their software deployed as efficiently as possible. The client gets a dedicated Account Manager and a Senior MPulse Engineer, who will help them through these implementation steps:

  • Kickoff meeting (e.g., needs assessment, key roles assignments, design of training program)
  • Data migration
  • Four-day onsite training
  • Follow-up

Support

MPulse offers its Maintenance and Support Program (MSP) for all clients as an annual subscription. Note that it’s free for the first year of software usage. Some of the features of this program are tech support, hosting via MPulse Application Hosting Service, software upgrades, monthly webinars, and a free seat per year at MPulse’s “Fundamentals Walk-Through” workshop.

Pricing for the MSP subscription is not available, so prospects will need to contact MPulse for more information.
