Asset accelerator program

This service targets businesses that want to launch Fiix quickly or that don’t have the resources to build an asset database. Fiix’s team collects relevant data on each asset and then builds a database, so maintenance teams can then begin to set up work orders, schedule preventive maintenance and more.

Fiix Essentials

Fiix Essentials is intended for organizations that only need training services. It includes remote training sessions on the software’s basic features.


Intended for teams with up to 15 employees, clients work with Fiix’s implementation specialists on their CMMS configuration, training and other project management needs.

Kickstarter Plus

Kickstarter Plus targets companies with more complex needs, that manage multiple sites or have up to 45 employees. It includes all of the services of the Kickstarter service, but adds on additional training time and more support and resources on data import and configuration.


With the Custom program, Fiix’s implementation specialists develop a customized implementation plan that includes configuration, integration, training and other services for companies that manage more than three sites, have over 45 employees or track more than 1,000 assets.

Premium Support

Fiix has standard support in all of its pricing plans, but it also offers premium support for a yearly subscription. The premium support offerings are:
