Product Overview
The new Equip Payroll solution is designed to help small business owners efficiently run payroll and manage their basic HR tasks in the cloud. It has an intuitive interface that lets users accurately perform payroll runs, onboard new employees and compile reports. Employees can access information about their pay or manage their leave balances via the self-service EmployeeXperience® portal.

Features
Business owners can perform unlimited payroll runs in just a few steps. Equip automatically calculates taxes and other deductions, as well as generates Forms W-2 and other year-end forms.
As mentioned, Equip has a self-service portal, EmployeeXperience®, that allows employees to see their paystubs, receive their W-2s or track their leave. New employees can fill out their onboarding forms from this portal, too.
Additional features include direct deposit and reporting and dashboards.
Equip has two optional features: Time and Attendance and HR Support. The Time and Attendance feature includes the ability to capture employee time, track time off and manage workers’ leave of absence. The HR Support feature comes with an “Ask an HR Pro” feature, a 50-state online HR library and an online employee handbook builder.
