Features

Paper handling: Paper handling starts with two 500-sheet paper trays and a 100-sheet bypass. Users can optionally add up to two addtional 500-sheet paper trays for a maximum capacity of 1,600 sheets.

Standard output capacity is 250 sheets and there’s an optional 20-sheet offline stapler.

Security features: Standard security features include user authentication, IP filtering, print user data encryption and secure print, to name a few. Konica Minolta offers optional ID card authentication, authentication by mobile device and biometric authentication via a finger vein scanner.

Cost per page: We’ve calculated the cost per page (based on the yields and prices of each toner and imaging unit) as a penny in black and 6.7 cents in color. The high yields of the consumables, along with other environmental features (e.g., duplexing) help companies save money on operating costs.
