Does HubSpot have a free plan?

Yes, HubSpot has a free plan that includes CRM tools and basic marketing features like forms, email marketing (up to 2,000 sends per month), limited landing pages, a shared inbox, ad management, a HubSpot mobile app, live chat support and reporting dashboards. HubSpot Pricing Plans

HubSpot has three paid subscription plans with a per-month pricing strategy. Note that users can store up to 15 million non-marketing contacts but they only pay for the contacts that they actually market to (email sends, etc.). Here’s the details on the three plans (billed annually).

The Professional plan starts at $800 per month for 2,000 contacts. It includes all of the features of the Starter plan, plus:

CRM Suite Bundle

For companies that want to purchase more than one HubSpot software solution, the vendor offers a bundled CRM Suite for a single price. For example, small businesses can purchase a Starter CRM Suite for $50 per month that covers the free CRM tool, plus the Starter plan of the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub. The Professional CRM Suite, which covers the Professional plans of the abovementioned solutions, costs $1,781 per month, while the Enterprise CRM Suite is priced at $5,000 per month.

Users on the Professional and Enterprise plans will need to pay a one-time onboarding fee. The HubSpot onboarding team provide guidance in specific areas like:

Dedicated IP Address

Businesses that typically send a high volume of marketing emails can purchase a dedicated IP address for $300 per month.

Transactional Emails

Users can send and track relationship-based emails (e.g., account updates, order confirmation) for $600 per month.

Lists Limit Increase

This feature, which costs $200 per month, lets users increase their segmentation lists by up to 100 active lists and 100 static lists.

Business Units

Companies under the Enterprise plan can manage multiple brands/business units within HubSpot, using different settings, forms, contacts, reports, emails and other features for each brand. It costs $1,000 per month for an additional root domain, 100 active lists, 100 static lists and 100 workflows.

Domains Limit Increase

Enterprise plan users can purchase an additional root domain for $100 per month.

Sandbox Limit Increase

Users under the Enterprise plan can test HubSpot in additional sandboxes for $750 per account, per month.
