Many of Thinking Cap’s features include blended learning, learning paths, personal profiles, content authoring and reporting.

In this post, we’ll discuss Thinking Cap’s pricing in detail.

Does Thinking Cap have a free plan?

Thinking Cap provides a free plan that includes up to 10 active learners, community support and one learning domain. In addition, there is a customized free trial that prospects can request for by contacting the vendor directly.

Thinking Cap Pricing Plans

Thinking Cap has two licenses: Standard and Enterprise.

Standard

Pricing for Standard licenses starts at $2 per user, per month for organizations with less than 250 active learners.

Enterprise

Thinking Cap’s pricing model for Enterprise customers is based on the number of active users in the system. They keep the per-user pricing low (about $0.05 per user) and contract for large blocks. There are no usage limits, meaning Thinking Cap doesn’t count the number of learning objects, logins, videos or any other such metrics.

There are three tiers (billed annually). Each tier includes access to all of the software’s features, as well as a multi-tenant architecture, unlimited admins, unlimited learning domains, email and phone support and an online ticketing system.

The three tiers are:

  • Starter, which costs $12,000 per year for up to 500 active learners
  • Small, which costs $18,000 per year for up to 1,000 active learners
  • Medium, which costs $27,000 per year for up to 2,500 active learners

For companies with more than 2,500 active learners, please call Thinking Cap for a price quote.

Conclusion

Thinking Cap’s Enterprise license has three scalable tiers and because each tier is based on the number of active learners, companies won’t have to worry about counting inactive users in the cost. Organizations that want to learn more about Thinking Cap, including testing the software, can contact the vendor via its site.
