Paradiso LMS At A Glance
Product Overview
Paradiso LMS is a learning management software that allows organizations to train their students, employees, customers and vendors. Users can take advantage of online learning, as well as manage offline programs. Paradiso LMS also has eCommerce functionality that lets companies sell their courses, and it can be deployed in the cloud or on premise.
There are numerous benefits associated with the software, such as:
- Reduced training expenses
- Robust and customizable features
- The ability to increase learner engagement
- Multilanguage support
- Integration with over 100 third-party CRM software, eCommerce systems and other applications
Features
Paradiso LMS has many helpful features. We focus on some key ones below.
User interface – Because the software supports blended learning, users can track online and offline courses via the interface. It can be customized to accommodate a company’s brand (e.g., logos, colors), and users can change the layout with a drag-and-drop system. Paradiso LMS has a multi-tenant architecture that allows companies to create separate LMS portals, each with its own brand, under one system.
Content creation – The Paradiso Composer authoring tool lets users create SCORM-compliant, mobile-friendly courses, such as quizzes and interactive videos. Since this feature doesn’t require coding knowledge, users can create content with a few clicks. The software also has collaboration features that let subject matter experts give feedback on the content.
If a user prefers not to create content, Paradiso LMS has a built-in library of over 80,000 courses in 25 areas of varying formats. The courses are compatible with SCORM and AICC standards.
Learning paths – Users can create learning paths based on individual performance, job roles and more. They can add prerequisites and deadlines, as well as assign learners to specific paths or allow them to enroll in courses themselves.
Social learning and gamification – Paradiso LMS has a social wall that’s similar to Facebook, where learners can post statuses and leave comments. Learners can also participate in discussion forums and share knowledge using document repositories and wikis. There are chat rooms and video channels, too.
To help increase learner motivation, users can add customizable gamification features to any course, such as badges, points and leaderboard. Learners can share badges or points to their social media accounts.
Virtual training – The software includes a built-in videoconferencing platform with an interactive whiteboard, breakout rooms and live recording. Instructors can poll attendees, upload presentations, share files privately or publicly and share multiple screens. Attendees can participate in group chats, as well as chat privately with specific learners or the instructor. Paradiso LMS also integrates with other videoconferencing platforms, such as WebEx, Big Blue Button and GoToMeeting.
eCommerce – Companies can sell their courses using built-in eCommerce features or by integrating Paradiso LMS with an eCommerce provider, such as Shopify, PayPal or WooCommerce. They have the ability to sell product packages or bundles, as well as offer subscriptions and discounts. Learners can purchase a course and be automatically enrolled by the end of the transaction.
Reporting and analytics – With the dashboard, users can get an overview of course progress and learner activity. They can create custom reports on various metrics like quizzes, attendance and sales. Additional reporting features include charts and graphs, automatic scheduling and exporting reports to CSV or PDF.
Chatbot – Users can deploy a chatbot into their LMS program that assists learners in specific tasks, such as enrolling in courses.
Performance management – Paradiso Solutions has a separate performance management system that integrates with the LMS software. Some of its top features include goal management, job competencies and 360-degree reviews.
