Kallidus Learn is a learning management system designed to help companies of all sizes improve employee engagement in their learning and development within the company. It provides an easy-to-use e-learning interface that employees can access at their convenience.

Kallidus also offers off-the-shelf learning content via its partner network. The content is available in multiple languages, can be used within 24 hours, and doesn’t require automatic updates. Topics range from compliance to soft skills to management and leadership.

Kallidus offers two implementation packages. They are:

Light touch delivery – This package is designed for clients that have experience implementing software and only have light requirements. It includes an assigned implementation specialist, documentation on using the software and best practices, weekly remote implementation sessions, and access to administrator and reporting public training.

Hands-on delivery – This package is intended for companies with complex requirements that need data and content transferred from an older system. It includes an assigned consultant and project manager, on-site requirements workshop, on-site product configuration, weekly calls with the consultant, testing solution before go-live, and three seats at the administrator and reporting public training.

Kallidus also offers a range of managed services, such as software administration, project management, and customized learning and development content. It also provides a variety of training options that cover product features and best practices.

Customer Service & Support

Users can access a knowledge base of articles relating to the product. They can also access the Help Center for submitting product tickets, or call Kallidus’ support team for more urgent matters.

There is also a Community that houses articles on best practices, webinars, information on new features, and a forum for communicating with other Kallidus users.
