Product Overview

Kallidus is a talent management software suite designed to help organizations retain, develop, and empower their employees. It includes talent management, recruitment, performance management, and learning features. This review focuses on its Kallidus Learn solution.

Kallidus Learn is a learning management system designed to help companies of all sizes improve employee engagement in their learning and development within the company. It provides an easy-to-use e-learning interface that employees can access at their convenience.

There are a few benefits to employers, such as:

  • Higher learner engagement through award-winning UI/UX (user interface/user experience)
  • Total confidence in learner compliance
  • Streamlined workflows in managing classroom training and e-learning as all resources are on one platform
  • Easy to customize interface to include company branding

Kallidus Learn provides two unique benefits for employees: access to training content with two clicks, and training course list display that’s similar to how Netflix displays its shows. Employees can access content by using the same “swipe, tap, zoom” functionality as they would on mobile devices.

Kallidus Learn can be purchased either as a stand-alone solution or as part of Kallidus’ talent management suite.
