Implementation/Integration

New clients are assigned a dedicated project manager that’s not only available during the implementation process, but beyond. Clients have a choice of deploying iLMS either as an on-premise solution or on the cloud.

For clients who have data from an existing LMS, Inspired eLearning will migrate courses and user accounts.

Customer Service & Support

There is a support portal where users can access FAQs, find out information on upcoming product releases, and submit new features and other requests.

Customers can also contact support via phone and email.

Pricing

iLMS doesn’t publicly release its pricing information. Please contact them directly for a price quote.

Shortcomings

iLMS is mainly targeted at larger businesses, so businesses with fewer than 50 employees may benefit from other learning management systems.

Also, the courses from the 3,000-course catalog are off the shelf, meaning they aren’t included in the cost of the software.
