The eloomi LMS solution enables global organizations to simplify their learning initiatives, whether it’s onboarding new employees, tracking compliance training or upskilling current employees. Features
eloomi provides a robust set of features and we’ll focus on its key ones.
Administrators can track online training, classroom-based learning programs or both (also known as blended learning). They can create courses with a built-in authoring tool or choose from a course library. Administrators can also add in testing/assessments or surveys at the end of each course. eloomi supports AICC, SCORM and Tin Can API content. Once the training program is ready, eloomi notifies the employees by email or push notifications.
eloomi also has a Content Store that includes curated off-the-shelf content on a variety of topics, such as leadership skills, safety, interpersonal skills and cybersecurity.
eloomi provides social learning features, such as gamification or a chat module, so employees can communicate with other learners and stay engaged in the training.
eloomi has a Reporting and Insights feature that allows managers and employees to track learning progress. Managers can determine the areas the employee needs improvement in and assign specific training via the software. Companies can also analyze any talent and development gaps on an organizational, department or personal basis.
