DELMIAworks (formerly IQMS EnterpriseIQ) helps large discrete and batch-process manufacturers monitor and track manufacturing and business data and activities throughout the supply chain.

Its inventory module allows users to facilitate lean manufacturing processes by creating individual inventory master records for different locations. Vendor management inventory support lets organizations control customer inventory. The solution’s robust capabilities also help companies adopt a scalable and modular approach so they don’t have to rely on third-party applications.

In addition, DELMIAworks improves visibility across departments through integrated manufacturing operations and resource planning functionality, which includes business intelligence (BI), product planning and scheduling, supply chain management, warehouse and shipping management, and customer relationship management (CRM).

DELMIAworks can be deployed in private or public clouds as well as on-premise, courtesy of the company’s “Choice is The New Cloud” deployment program. It offers flexible licensing models that allow customers to purchase the DELMIAworks subscription based on their needs.

BI tools leverage the data inside the comprehensive ERP system to bring key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and reporting to users’ fingertips.

Supply chain management – The supply chain management capabilities give users everything they need to increase manufacturing throughput, streamline order-to-cash processes, reduce inventory and monitor production. Additionally, the versatile architecture of the solution offers real-time supply chain information (without batch interfaces), which helps manufacturing companies make better business decisions.

Customer relationship management – The solution’s CRM features allow companies to maintain favorable supplier and customer relationships. From the first sales contacts and marketing campaigns to technical and customer support queries, it tracks the whereabouts of every vendor, partner and customer interaction in one system. Because the CRM is incorporated in the ERP platform, this prevents duplicate data entry and saves time.

Business activity monitoring – The IQAlert module converts static data into active system notifications and automates routine procedures. Automated tasks and data tracking keep key business developments from being neglected. IQAlert also lets users choose from any standard report or customize their own. Options include routine production requirements, weekly order backlogs, weekly inventory levels and more. Reports can be emailed or printed on a regular basis.
