In addition to the free Personal plan, there’s the paid Professional plan that starts at $30 per user, per month for a minimum of five users. It adds on:

Companies can add on viewers ($10 per viewer, per month for minimum of 10 viewers), concurrent guests ($8 per concurrent guest, per month for minimum of 25 concurrent guests) and email schedules ($8 per email schedule, per month for minimum of 25 schedules).

Pricing for the Professional plan via private cloud deployment varies. Costs for AWS, Azure and Docker start at 25 cents per hour plus AWS usage fee, 4 cents per hour plus Azure infrastructure fee and $30 per user, per month, respectively.

Implementation & Training

Zoho Analytics doesn’t have setup fees, but it has a wide partner network for clients with custom implementation needs. There may be additional fees depending on the partner, so prospects should contact the vendor for more information.

Zoho Analytics offers a virtual two-tiered training program. The Beginners course is free and is done via a four-hour hands-on session. The Advanced course is a paid one, and it takes over six hours. Pricing for the Advanced course is available by quote.
