InetSoft’s Style Intelligence is a business intelligence solution that can be deployed in the cloud or on premise. Does InetSoft have a free plan?

InetSoft has two free plans: one for individuals and one for small businesses. The Individual plan includes access to InetSoft via a web browser, the ability to connect with data from uploaded Excel or CSV files and the ability to publicly share dashboards via a URL link.

The Business plan includes all of the features of the Individual plan, plus cloud-based data sources, data mashup and transformation, and private sharing of dashboards within the company.

Users can register for the Individual plan with their personal email address, while companies that want to sign up for the Business plan will need a business email address.

InetSoft Pricing Plans

In addition to the free plans, there are two paid plans.

Growth

The Growth plan is for companies that prefer a dedicated cloud-hosted instance, meaning that InetSoft is stored on a virtual private cloud. InetSoft is hosted on Amazon Web Server, but the Growth plan also allows other cloud platform options. The plan starts at $165 per month (billed annually) and includes all of the features of the Business plan, plus:

• The ability to connect with all data sources
• Flexible admin and user scheduler permissions
• A fully-custom solution, including themes and branding

Enterprise

The Enterprise plan is intended for companies that want to offer embedded analytics features to their internal or external clients. The plan accommodates cloud and on-premise deployment. The license fee for the InetSoft cloud hosting option is based on the type of cloud server (known as instances) the data is hosted on and the cloud computing provider’s (e.g., Amazon AWS) instance pricing. For on-premise deployment, the vendor offers named user, concurrent user and server based licenses. Pricing for the Enterprise plan is available as a custom quote based on usage and data needs.

The Enterprise plan includes all of the features of the Growth plan, plus:

• Paginated reports
• Multitenancy
• Enterprise user and data security
• Regular one-on-one expert consultation

Additional Costs to Consider

For companies with complex business intelligence requirements, InetSoft’s staff of BI engineers provide custom implementation and consultation services, such as dashboard and visualization design, software configuration, deployment, integration, optimization and training.
