Add-on Features

Zoho Recruit offers several add-on features for both in-house recruiters and staffing companies. Note that the add-on features aren’t available to users under the Forever Free plan. The features are:

Employee License

Companies can buy an employee license for $10 per month, which must be purchased in packs of 10. With this license, employees can refer candidates to recruiters, while hiring managers can set up job requisitions, interview candidates and give feedback.

Vendor Portal

The first 10 licenses for the vendor portal are free under the Enterprise plan, but Enterprise plan users who need additional licenses can purchase additional licenses for $6 per user, per month.

Client Portal

For staffing agencies, Zoho Recruit offers a client portal for $6 per license, per month (the first 10 licenses are free under the Enterprise plan). Clients can create job openings, review candidates, give feedback and make interviewing decisions.

Video Interviewing

Jumpstart

In the Jumpstart program, Zoho Recruit’s staff provides account setup and configuration for companies that need a fully-customized solution. There are three pricing tiers that range from $1,000 for 20 hours to $3,000 for 40 hours and includes setting up and customizing many features, such as emails, notifications, user profiles, security, integration, resume management, candidate portals, reports and templates.
