JazzHR Pricing Plans

JazzHR has three pricing plans geared towards in-house recruiters at small-and-medium-sized (SMB) companies with less than 500 employees. It also offers plans for staffing firms and in-house companies with high-volume recruiting needs (e.g., businesses with multiple locations, organizations with more than 500 employees).

The plans are:

Hero

The Hero plan costs $49 per month for unlimited users, and recruiters can post up to three open jobs at once. If they want to post additional jobs, there’s an add-on fee of $9 per job, per month. Also note that the price of this plan for staffing agencies (also known as recruitment-based organizations) is $99 per month.

The Plus plan costs $239 per month and includes unlimited open jobs. It has all of the features of the Hero plan, plus:

  • Knockout questions (disqualifying applicants based on their application responses)

We want to note that for companies with high-volume recruiting needs, the Plus plan has all of the same features, except that it only covers up to 200 open jobs. If the company plans to post more than 200 jobs, there’s an add-on fee of $49 per month for 50 jobs and $99 per month for 200 jobs.

This plan also covers the same pricing and features for staffing agencies, but there’s a limit of 30 open job postings. For agencies that want to post more than 30 jobs, JazzHR sells job packs for an additional fee of $49 per month for up to 50 open jobs and $99 per month for up to 200 open jobs.

Pro

The Pro plan costs $359 per month and has all of the features of the Plus plan, plus:

  • Standard integration with Zoom
  • Integration with HelloSign eSignature solution
  • Offer letter templates
  • Access permissions to offer letters and salary data
  • The ability to create offer templates with tokens
  • Offer letter generator
  • Offer letter drafts and version history
  • Compliance reports

Note that for companies that want to automate their high-volume recruiting processes, this plan includes all of the same features, except that it only accommodates up to 200 eSignatures per month. Companies can opt to add on another 200 eSignatures for $59 per month or another 1,000 eSignatures for $99 per month.

This plan also covers the same pricing and features for staffing agencies, but there’s a limit of 30 open job postings. JazzHR sells job packs for an additional fee of $49 per month for up to 50 open jobs and $99 per month for up to 200 open jobs.
