Payroll Services – UKG Ready handles the tedious and complex post-payroll processing tasks, such as check printing and distribution, employee direct deposit, tax filing and payment and garnishment disbursement.
Benefits Administration – Benefits features include benefits and insurance management, COBRA administration, leave request management, total compensation statement, workers’ compensation and Affordable Care Act Form 1094-C.
Payroll on Mobile – Employees can track pay, set up direct deposit and view tax forms (W-2 or 1099) at their convenience via a mobile device.
