Rep and territory management – Tools for individual and team management make it easy to track and oversee both on-site and off-site sales reps. Lead prioritization – RollWorks will analyze customer responses to determine which leads are sales-ready. Warm leads who aren’t ready to purchase yet are automatically scheduled for follow-up messages, and cold leads are filtered to a separate list so the solution can determine the best approach for nurturing and conversion.
