Product Overview

Leadfwd empowers Sales and Marketing teams to grow their business. Its platform consists of five products: Prospect, Engage, AI Sales Team, Discover and Campaign. This review focuses on the Campaign product.

The Leadfwd (formerly INBOX25) Campaign solution helps marketers successfully generate leads in all stages of a customer buying journey. Marketers can provide interesting content that engages leads in the top of the sales funnel, create eye-catching landing pages, send targeted emails and analyze the effectiveness of their campaigns. The software accommodates both inbound and outbound marketing activities.

Leadfwd integrates with Salesforce, SugarCRM and SuiteCRM through the SymSync data integration engine. Qualified leads are sent to the CRM for the sales team to follow up. Leadfwd also crawls through past and present sales data in the CRM database for potential opportunities.

Other benefits of Leadfwd includes:

  • Vision AI feature that analyzes inbound traffic data, streamlines research into new prospects, and builds more accurate segmentation and buyer personas
  • Automated workflows so sales and marketing teams focus on critical aspects of their jobs
  • Compliance with GDPR regulations with its Privacy Guard feature that reduces the burden of legally collecting customer data
  • Intended for all business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) company sizes
  • Straightforward pricing plans

Features

Here are some of the key features of Leadfwd:

Landing pages and forms – Leadfwd offers built-in page and form layout templates with drag-and-drop functionality. Marketers won’t need technical knowledge to easily create landing pages. They can embed videos or images within the page, as well as choose from 18 form field types. There’s a smart field feature that automatically fills fields with data generated from past leads. Finally, marketers have the option of hosting the landing page on their site or having Leadfwd host it for them.

Leadbox – This feature helps marketers increase visitor engagement with their site by creating and tracking targeted messages. It includes smart triggers for every conversion opportunity, whether it’s a visitor browsing a site or an abandoned shopping cart. Marketers can create page-level targeting messages that only show up on specific pages. Leadbox messages can be optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, and there’s a mobile teaser feature that shows the leadbox as a preview in Google. Finally, Leadbox tracks the frequency of the display so visitors aren’t bothered by annoying pop-up boxes.

Email marketing – Leadfwd offers email marketing features, such as mobile-optimized layouts, A/B split testing, and previewing email messages in more than 60 desktop and mobile platforms. Marketers can also track email effectiveness by opens, click frequency, site geography and more.

Social Connect – With the Social Connect feature, marketers share their content across social networks including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. They can easily monitor their social profiles and connect with customers or prospects without having to access the individual’s social account. There’s a social content feature where marketers can schedule posts in advance. They can also leverage the Vision AI feature for finding prospects’ social profiles for inclusion in the CRM database.

Site monitor – Site monitor provides key information on site traffic, such as average page views, anonymous visitors, GPS location and organic versus paid traffic. Marketers can also use the data to track a visitor’s full buying journey, as well as any new or potential revenue opportunities. Finally, the Vision Prospector feature scans for anonymous visitors and sends contact data to marketers for follow-up campaigns.

Lead management and scoring – Once marketers receive new leads, they can create targeted content intended for that lead and its place in the buying journey. They can also use the lead timeline feature that tracks each interaction. Marketers can deploy lead scoring features that nurture and qualify each lead. Once the lead’s score threshold is met and they’re “sales-ready”, Leadfwd routes the lead into the CRM and sends email or SMS alerts to the sales team. It also automatically schedules outbound sales calls.

Vision AI – Vision AI gives marketers certified data on a prospect or client based on an email address. The data is more than just transactional – marketers receive affinity data, such as behavioral trends or interests for demand generation or building relationships. Marketers can build specific buyer personas and send targeted messages based on that data. Other Vision AI features are real-time sales alerts, AI-driven account-based marketing that provides insights on companies, and building lead profiles from anonymous site visitors and social followers. Finally, Leadfwd develops a Vision Sales Intelligence Panel for SugarCRM and SuiteCRM users.

Reporting and analytics – Marketers analyze various metrics within their campaigns with Leadfwd’s reporting tools. They can drill down into real-time data for further details, sort and filter data, and create shareable charts and graphs. Leadfwd syncs to a company’s CRM system and analyzes both current and historic sales data for new opportunities. The sales manager can also measure the sales team’s performance.
