Product Overview
YesLMS is a cloud-based platform built from the ground up for ease of use and accessibility. Its clean, streamlined interface allows instructors to easily select the options they need without getting overwhelmed by endless possibilities. YesLMS is designed with an “instant-on” approach to allow organizations to get their educational content online without delay. It even includes a massive library of high quality stock photos to lend a consistent professional touch to courses.
YesLMS provides accessibility for every learner, especially those that require assistive technology (e.g., screen readers, captioned videos) or other accommodations (e.g., additional time on assessments). Other accessibility features include automatic scaling for device size and user-selectable contrast.
YesLMS has additional benefits, such as:
- Cloud-based deployment, so learners can access software from any device
- Unlimited courses and registered users
- Robust features (e.g., eCommerce, multi language capabilities, reporting)
- A short implementation process
- 24/7 customer support
- Scalable monthly subscription tiers
Features
YesLMS has many robust features, including content authoring tools, quizzes, integration with external trainings, customizable certificates, and multi-language support.
Instructors can create easy-to-navigate and accessible content with options that include: various themes, layouts, fonts and background colors; mobile responsive designs; screen reader support; keyboard navigation with shortcut links; image descriptions and video captioning. A stock image library containing thousands of professional photos covering a wide range of subjects is available for royalty-free use in courses.
Instructors and administrators can interact with learners using forums, notifications, surveys and calendars.
Full eCommerce capabilities are available, including PayPal integration.
If course access needs to be limited, options include per-course access codes, and user or group authorizations.

Implementation/Integration
The implementation process typically takes less than 24 hours and uses the following steps:
- The client provides their organization’s logo.
- YesLMS creates a landing page with a customized URL and company logo. Users can access a set of sample courses, a quick start guide and a comprehensive user guide via the landing page.
- YesLMS provides free online or phone assistance of up to two hours total to walk new clients through the system, answer questions and guide them through its features.
If a client requires more extensive onboarding or a hands-off approach, YesLMS offers a “white glove” service tailored to specific needs. This service can include uploading of courses, formatting of course material, online training sessions for end users and more.
YesLMS follows up with the client one week after onboarding to ensure that they are comfortable with the software.

About
YesLMS is a mission-driven company dedicated to eliminating barriers in education, especially the lack of accessible training materials and the challenges that learners with visible or “hidden” disabilities face. Recognizing that most learning management systems don’t have accessibility options that some learners need, co-founders Linda Hedenblad and Doug Gimenes used their backgrounds as educators and vocational rehabilitation counselors to develop a software that provides universal accessibility to all individuals.
YesLMS has been recognized by the Helen Keller National Center for its user-friendly and accessible online content creation features.
