Axis LMS Pricing Plans
Axis LMS offers three main solutions based on an organization’s needs.
Axis LMS Lite
The Axis LMS Lite platform targets smaller organizations (10 to 75 employees) that are looking for a robust online training solution. There’s a minimum 10-user requirement and a maximum 75-user requirement. Axis LMS Lite has four tiers, which all includes the following features:
- All Axis LMS features (e.g., course authoring, quizzes/assessments, reporting, gamification, eCommerce, notifications, social learning)
- The ability to create a single organizational topology
- Free system setup
- Up to two free training sessions per year
- Up to two report administrators and one sub administrator
- One-day tech support response time
The four tiers are:
- 10 users at $16.90 per user, per month
- 25 users at $8.50 per user, per month
- 50 users at $5.25 per user, per month
- 75 users at $4.25 per user, per month
Axis LMS
For companies with more than 75 employees or who are looking for more advanced features, there are three standard Axis LMS plans. Note that there’s a one-year minimum term required. The plans are:
LMS Core – The LMS Core plan starts at $330 per month and has a minimum 100-user requirement and a maximum 3,000-user requirement. It includes all of the features of the LMS Lite platform, plus:
- The ability to create up to two organizational topologies
- Developer API
- Zapier integration
- A free onboarding session
- Up to three free training sessions per year
- Four-hour tech support response time
- Up to 10 report administrators and five sub administrators
LMS Pro – The LMS Pro plan has a minimum 250-user requirement and a maximum 4,000-user requirement. It includes all of the features of the LMS Core plan, plus:
- The ability to create up to four organizational topologies
- Instructor-led training both in classroom and virtually
- Certification/continuing education management
- Granular access for report and user management
- The ability to share content downstream
- Agent storefront for B2B selling
- Two free onboarding sessions
- Up to five free training sessions per year
- Two-hour tech support response time
- Up to 20 report administrators and 10 sub administrators
- Up to 50 manager admins
Enterprise – The Enterprise plan has a 500-user minimum requirement, and there’s no limit to the maximum number of users. It includes all of the features of the LMS Pro plan, plus:
- The ability to create unlimited organizational topologies
- Localization features
- Custom UI phrases
- Granular access for report and user management
- Axis Cloud CDN files
- Top-level domain or sub domain
- Single sign-on via SAML
- White labeling administrator UI
- Integration with Microsoft Teams
- Dedicated private cloud server
- Increased API limits
- A sandbox account
- Eligibility for custom product enhancements

Axis LMS Content+
Axis LMS Content+ has similar features as Axis LMS, but it also includes a training library of over 100 courses on various topics (e.g., customer service, sales effectiveness, DEI). There are four tiers:
50-100 users: This plan covers 50 to 100 users at $9 per user, per month. In addition to the 100-course training library, it includes:
- All Axis LMS features (e.g., content creation, reporting, gamification, eCommerce, notifications, social learning)
- The ability to create a single organizational topology
- Free system setup
- Up to two free training sessions per year
- Up to two report administrators and one sub administrator
- One day tech support response time
150-200 users: This plan covers 150 to 200 users at $8 per user, per month. It includes all of the same features of the previous plan.
225-350 users: This plan covers 225 to 350 users at $7 per user, per month. It includes all of the features of the previous plans, plus:
- The ability to create up to two organizational topologies
- Automated reporting
- Developer API
- Zapier integration
- Up to three free training sessions per year
- Four-hour tech support response time
- Up to 10 report administrators and five sub administrators
375-500 users: This plan includes all of the features of the previous plan, except that it covers 375 to 500 users at $6 per user, per month.
