Product Overview

SkuVault combines inventory management features with warehouse management, reporting and supply chain features for omnichannel e-commerce retailers. With its rich features, range of integrations and ease of use, it’s a decent value for medium-sized retailers that plan to grow online sales.

Meant to be an all-in-one solution, SkuVault combines inventory management with warehouse management, e-commerce inventory management, catalog management, shipping and supply chain features.

It also integrates with many platforms for selling and shipping, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, ChannelAdvisor, Big Commerce, Magento, Shopify, Square, Etsy, Oracle and more.

Features

SkuVault has a range of integrations and is capable of growing with your business.

A few of its noteworthy features include:

  • Case packs – SkuVault’s case packs allow users to convert case quantity into individual quantity. Users can keep track of received cases as well as cases and their individual parts being sold retail.
  • Pick, Pack, Ship – Automate your pick lists and go paperless with the Pick, Pack, Ship feature. Users can customize processes and quality control, and integrate SkuVault with their shipping software to create a seamless order-packing process.
  • Advanced reporting – Reporting is essential in making better inventory decisions, and having this detailed data at the ready saves time and money. The advanced reporting feature allows for reports on stock replenishment, Amazon stock and tracking user accountability within the warehouse.
  • Lots, FEFO and FIFO – Using the SkuVault Lots feature allows users to sort their inventory based on its expiration date or based on when the item was received. Then, use the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) picking methods to make sure inventory is always sent to your customers at its freshest and you don’t lose money on expired inventory.

Pricing

SkuVault has three tiers of pricing, Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Here’s how they differ:

Growth Package

SkuVault’s Growth package is its most popular and starts at $299 per month or $3,229 annually. This package includes:

  • Two users, $125 per month for each additional user
  • Up to 2,000 orders per month
  • Unlimited integrations
  • Application program interface (API) access
  • Full-service support

Pro Package

This package starts at $449 per month or $4,849 per year. It includes:

  • Two users, $100 per month for each additional
  • Up to 5,000 orders per month
  • Unlimited integrations
  • API access
  • Full-service support
  • Annual account service and solution review call

Enterprise Package

The Enterprise package starts at $899 per month or $9,709 per year. This package includes:

  • Two users, $75 per month for each additional
  • Up to 20,000 orders per month
  • Unlimited integrations
  • API access
  • Full-service support
  • Dedicated customer success manager
  • Annual on-site visits

Shortcomings

SkuVault’s pricing only includes two users with every price tier. Each additional user increases the monthly cost. This can be pricey for smaller businesses with more than one or two users.

Additionally, extra training comes at a premium, so smaller companies may need to go without a training package and navigate the system on their own – making implementation time take a little longer than expected.

About

Founders Andy Eastes and Slava Ivanyuk set out to find a warehouse management solution for a Louisville-based company. When they came up short, they decided they’d build their own. SkuVault Warehouse and Inventory Management System was born in 2011. The founders built SkuVault in an effort to ease pain points caused by other solutions.

From 2017 to 2020, SkuVault ranked as one of the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Privately-Owned Companies in America. It also was EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year Finalist in 2019, and it was voted one of the Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville 2019.
