Contract standardization allows users to import and create their own legal playbooks, automatically assemble contracts based on predetermined rules, and allow for role-based access and permissions so only certain users can modify aspects of the contract.
  • Compliance monitoring – Apttus provides a central, global repository for all contracts and will monitor for compliance by tracking terms and changes, managing exceptions and providing an audit trail.
  • Visibility for buy- and sell-side – With so many contracts in-play, it can be difficult to determine specific contractual obligations. Apttus’ visibility feature offers full-text search functions, filtering, saved searches and audit history.
  • AI-managed workflows – To save time and money, Apttus offers AI-managed workflows to its users. This feature allows for the set-up of self-service contract wizards, one-click generation of contracts and a delegation of authority matrix (for getting approvals if someone is out of the office). It also integrates with e-signature services to get contracts approved faster.
