ADP Workforce Now Pricing Plans

ADP Workforce Now has three pricing plans. Note that the vendor doesn’t publicly display specific pricing, so prospects will need to get a personalized quote. In addition, ADP is providing a limited-time offer where new clients get four months of ADP Workforce Now for free.

The three plans are:


The Essentials plan includes payroll and HR features, such as:

  • Payroll processing in real time
  • Payroll dashboard that detects and alerts Payroll staff to errors
  • Reporting
  • General ledger interface
  • Onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Document management
  • Employee development tracking
  • Self-service with artificial intelligence (AI) functionality
  • Communication to employees (e.g., surveys)
  • New hire onboarding


The Enhanced plan includes all of the features of the Essentials plan, plus benefits administration (e.g., plan configuration, mobile enrollment, ACA compliance).


The Premium plan includes all of the features of the other two plans, plus workforce management (e.g., time-off requests, mobile time collection, shift scheduling, overtime monitoring).
