Product Overview

Oracle Bronto’s cloud-based email marketing automation software is designed to help commerce marketers increase customer engagement and gain revenue. It integrates with most e-commerce systems so all information on a customer (such as shopping behavior) is in one place. That way, marketers can send targeted messages from the platform.

The solution uses a drag-and-drop interface to customize messaging workflows. Marketers can use relevant customer data to create customized campaigns with targeted messages. Campaigns and messages are sent through multiple channels, such as email, mobile or social media. Marketers can also use the built-in analytical tools to measure the results of their campaigns.

Oracle Bronto’s email marketing solution help marketers reach customers in all stages of the lifecycle, from acquisition to conversion. Some of those tools enable features such as pop-up sign-up, recommendations, and abandoned carts and coupons.

Recommendations – Marketers can add recommendations to a message or website, suggesting other similar products the customer may be interested in. The recommendations are inserted based on predictive data and the marketer’s customized business rules.

Cart Recovery – Cart Recovery helps marketers identify customers’ abandoned shopping carts (i.e., when customers add specific products to an online “cart,” but never make it to checkout) in real time. Marketers can send them a targeted message encouraging purchase. They can create a series of messages using a drag-and-drop interface and specify when those messages are sent (either immediately after cart abandonment or within a few days). Data on customer demographics and product recommendations can be dynamically inserted into messages.

Browse Recovery – Browse Recovery targets customers who frequently browse a company’s products or site. It captures the page views for a particular product, as well as customer information. Marketers can then send a targeted message to customers, using either built-in or customized parameters to determine the message trigger (for example, most products viewed within a specific category).

List Growth – Marketers can design and deploy customized, mobile-friendly pop-up modals in minutes, as there’s no coding required.

Reporting and Analytics – Real-time customizable role-based dashboards give marketers the ability to view the metrics critical to their email program, including insights into list growth, deliverability by domain, contact performance and more. Message reporting offers distinct metrics across engagement, deliverability, and revenue tracking coupled with time-frame based filtering. A/B test reporting provides comparative performance metrics starting with opens and clicks leading to revenue per email.
