- The new Board Enterprise Analytics Modeling module that includes predictive and advanced analytics in one platform
- Geo-location functionality
- Board Nexel functionality for users that like to work with Excel – it includes formulas and calculations similar to Excel

Customer Service & Support
Board provides onsite training at its locations, scheduled three times monthly for a duration of two days per class. Such classes provide the fundamental knowledge to design databases, build interactive analytic applications, load source data, develop an understanding of capsules, screens & objects and more.
Customers can get support via Board’s website by accessing the knowledge base and submitting technical questions through the support center. Customers can find the latest software through the support center and are informed about the latest releases and developments through monthly educational webinars and dedicated client managers.
A few users have expressed that there is no way to print reports.
