TelePayroll assigns new customers a Conversion Specialist. The Conversion Specialist helps with the initial setup, transitional period and first payroll processed.

After the implementation is finished, each customer will be assigned a Personal Agent who handles all requests, concerns and questions with the account and payroll processing.

Customer Service & Support

TelePayroll avoids confusion by assigning each client a Personal Agent as a dedicated customer service representative. If your Personal Agent isn’t available, TelePayroll has an entire team of specialized representatives to assist you until your agent can step back in.
