Implementation and Support

While most ERP vendors offer implementation services and/or optional/premium support, MRPeasy isn’t one of them. Instead, there’s a self-serve implementation process, which means clients deploy the software themselves. The process and timeline vary depending on each specific client’s requirements, but MRPeasy provides comprehensive implementation guidelines and user manuals, and clients can access its network of partners for implementation consulting needs. And in terms of support, users can submit tickets via an online portal or contact support via chat, but MRPeasy doesn’t offer additional support beyond that. All in all, because there’s no setup fees or premium support offerings, companies won’t need to pay for additional services.

MRPeasy has four scalable pricing plans that includes robust features even in its Starter plan, so organizations can scale up if they require additional functionality. Because the vendor has self-service implementation and ticketing support, there’s no additional fees to consider, unless the client needs to add on more than 10 users to their account. Finally, there’s no contracts, so clients can cancel at any time.
