UKG Pro offers role-based access and functionality for recruiting and onboarding new hires, calculating, processing and accessing pay, managing time and labor, developing and coaching employees through performance, succession, learning and compensation, understanding their feelings about work through surveys and advanced artificial intelligence and offering personalized on-demand support for HR-related requests. Organizations can also leverage UKG Pro’s suite of embedded predictive and prescriptive analytics tools, as well as powerful business intelligence and reporting, across all of its solutions. Employees can access UKG Pro anytime, anywhere, via their computer and mobile device. The mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices.

Features

There are a wide variety of features of UKG Pro. However, we want to highlight its mobile functionality. Companies have an increasingly mobile workforce, and employees need to be able to access the tools they need to do their jobs, regardless of where they are. To that end, UKG Pro’s mobile experience enables all employees to complete key tasks straight from their tablets or smartphones, such as view paychecks, clock in and out of shifts, request and approve time off, and even enter information for performance reviews. All users need to access UKG Pro from their mobile devices is their UKG Pro login information.

Another mobile solution UKG offers is UKG Pro TouchBase. UKG Pro TouchBase is a time clock and self-service device that enables hourly employees to punch in and out via a tablet. Employees can also access their personnel information via TouchBase and view important messages from managers and administrators.

UKG Pro is available as a cloud solution with a per-employee per-month subscription. This is ideal for companies that want to avoid the costs, complexities, or IT resources that come with maintaining servers and hardware. UKG houses the data and handles the maintenance and upgrades.

UKG Pro’s approach to implementation is an on-time, on-budget deployment. With fixed-fee pricing customers pay a flat fee based on the organization’s requirements and the level of UKG Pro functionality selected. UKG Pro’s activation process is designed to deploy the software in the shortest time frame possible. And customers don’t begin paying until after their solution is live.

The customer receives a dedicated account manager, who will be on-site to determine requirements and design, handle implementation, and provide training. This dedicated account manager remains as the customer’s first point of contact throughout their partnership with UKG Pro.

Customer Service & Support

UKG Pro provides a variety of included support services at no extra cost, such as phone, email, live chat, an online customer community, Rapid Response Hotline, and online and instructor-led training. Training is included at no additional cost and in unlimited amounts for all customers.

In 2013, it also launched a distance-learning tool called HCM Online Academy for HR professionals who want to learn more about the HCM industry.
