Ultimate Software’s UltiPro delivers two time solutions: Time and Attendance and Time Management. In addition, Ultimate provides several self-service time clock options, including UltiPro TouchBase. We’ll take a look at each one.

Designed for larger businesses with unique needs, UltiPro Time and Attendance delivers a variety of capabilities, including time and labor management, leave management, time entry options, and workforce scheduling options. Businesses can manage employee leave as well as analyze attendance and other labor data. The solution sends alerts to managers that help prevent labor-related issues, such as labor-law violations, coverage gaps, and excess spending.

UltiPro Time Management benefits companies by streamlining their time-tracking processes, including eliminating paper-based time sheets. Employees can clock in and out using a variety devices and hours are automatically pushed to UltiPro Payroll for processing. Managers can set shifts, automatically assign hours, and fill staff shortages. Similar to Time and Attendance, Time Management includes real-time data for reporting.

UltiPro TouchBase is a timeclock and self-service device that enables hourly employees to punch in and out via a tablet. Employees can even access their personnel information via TouchBase and and view important messages form managers and administrators. TouchBase provides companies with many ways to validate employee identity, such as photos, PIN entry, barcode, magnetic swipe, HID or RFID.

UltiPro’s time solutions integrate with the rest of UltiPro, automatically pulling data such as employee profiles and payroll information for more efficient HR tasks.

However, we also want to mention that employees can view their leave balances and request time off through UltiPro and UltiPro’s mobile experience. Managers can approve or deny time off requests for all their direct reports on a single screen as well as UltiPro’s mobile experience, making leave approval more efficient.

Aside from TouchBase, employees can punch in or out using their preferred mobile devices. Managers can also create shift schedules and automatically assign hours to employees.

First pay period with ultipro and many errors on employees statements. ADP was much easier to view and did not have any issues.

It's too much to have to get into the system just to find out how much you got paid from your measly job
