Implementation/Integration

EdX for Business’s enrollment process is as follows:

• Clients send edX a list of all employees who will be taking courses
• Clients choose and list the associated courses and programs for each learner
• Learners will receive a welcome email notifying them of their enrollment and a link to go directly to their course

Learners will bypass the typical account creation process.

EdX for Business provides tailored course curation, training and onboarding of its solution.

Customer Service & Support

EdX for Business provides a support portal as well as email and phone support.
