Mavenlink At A Glance

Good: Scalable pricing plans, business intelligence functionality (Enterprise plan), accounting and resource management functionality (available on three pricing plans).
Bad: Advanced reporting features only available with Premier and Enterprise plans; steep learning curve.
Bottom Line: Online software allowing businesses to manage the end-to-end cycle of specific projects, including tasks, costs, resources and data analysis.

Product Overview

Mavenlink is a cloud-based project management solution that helps any business manage its projects (including tasks, deadlines, financial performance, etc.) from start to finish.

In addition to project management, Mavenlink offers project accounting, resource management, business intelligence and collaboration.

One main benefit of Mavelink is that businesses don’t have to adhere to rigid deadlines. Mavenlink provides them with the ability to change or customize deadlines based on any feedback or other factors.

Mavenlink integrates with accounting, customer relationship management (CRM) and development applications, such as Salesforce, Intacct, Google Drive and QuickBooks, to name a few. Customers that wish to build their own custom integration can do so via Mavenlink’s application program interface (API).

Mavenlink has four different pricing plans: Team, Professional, Premier and Enterprise. More information on each plan is in our Features and Pricing sections below.

Enterprise: Enterprise clients work with a dedicated Practice Manager that helps them with issues and questions. They also have an opportunity to test Mavenlink before going live via a testing sandbox. And finally, they’re eligible for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that guarantees Mavenlink’s availability on support issues.

Pricing

Mavenlink has four different pricing plans:

We Finally Got the Clarity We Wanted

on 2017-06-23 10:50:05

Wow. The working days of our Creatives have been completely organized and tracked thanks to Mavenlink. No more wondering what to start on in the morning or when multiple priorities are due. Our creatives and developers can see as little or as much organizational information as they want, enabling them to understand what is important in the moment and get back to work. The visual, drag-and-drop gantt charts make schedule changes a snap. The dependency arrows on the gantt chart takes all of the manual labor of communications follow up out of the picture. Our production managers love the communication automation! We also picked up the "Insights" package, and the levels of knowledge it provides us when it comes to time tracking, resource utilization and capacity, and expense management has really made us change the way we scope and predict project flows. Extremely slick platform - and the best part - our Mavenlink support reps really do make it feel like they're just down the hall. They get back to us faster than our own IT department does.
