InFocus is an enterprise resource-planning software that includes elements of project management, billing and accounting. It’s intended specifically for architecture and engineering (AE) firms.
InFocus is deployed in both cloud and on-premise versions. Companies can opt for one deployment and change it to the other later. Regardless of the version selected, clients will get the same features of InFocus.

InFocus includes billing, accounting, project management and time-tracking features in one platform. Some of those features include:
- Project Central, which streamlines all aspects of a particular project in one location, including budget, hours worked, team assigned, contracts, and contact information on vendors and clients.
- Ability to create and view charts and graphs of project metrics through Project Central.
- An unlimited number of interactive dashboard layouts (Project metrics such as revenue, clients and time can be annotated by colored tiles that are either available out of the box or can be customized by users.)
- Gridget, a new grid-like dashboard widget for drilling down into a project for more details
- Full accounting features, such as entries made in real time or by batches, DCAA-compliant accounting, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables, and general ledger reporting and financial statements
- Report Builder that allows users to customize reports in under five minutes
- Billing features such as an invoice designer, invoice templates, a billing adjustment wizard and multiple projects on a single invoice
- Built-in time sheets accessible from both desktop and mobile devices; administrators can designate a multi-level approval process
- Project planning and management features, such as the ability to assign employees to specific projects, budgeting, the ability to track working plans, online billing reviews and an unlimited number of work breakdown levels
- Work order feature that allows the manager to assign tasks to employees
- An Outlook-style calendar to check workloads and project schedules
- Ability to enter and show multiple currencies
- Automated workflows for interacting with a third-party system or creating business rules
- Ability for marketing and sales departments to track prospects and clients (addresses, schedules, etc.) without having to integrate with third-party CRM software

Implementation/Integration
As mentioned above, clients have a choice of either on-premise or cloud deployment.
In addition to setup, Clearview offers data migration services and various types of training such as a video library, WebEx training or in-person training.
Customer Service & Support
Unlimited support (including product upgrades and fixes) is included in the price of the cloud version. For on-premise clients, the cost is 20% of the license fee, annually.

Clearview also provides custom reporting and invoice design services.
