Product Overview

The IM 430Fb Series join Ricoh’s line of Intelligent Devices that allow businesses to access the latest technological features without having to buy a new MFP. Administrators simply download any new application, feature, or upgrade from the device as soon as they’re available, thanks to Ricoh’s Always Current technology.

The series include three black-and-white MFPs that offer standard printing, copying, scanning and faxing. The IM 350F prints at up to 37 ppm, while the IM 430F and IM 430Fb has an engine speed of 45 ppm.  The first-page-out time is 5.4 seconds on the IM 350F and 4.5 seconds on the other two MFPs.

All three devices has a 10.1″ Smart Operation Panel, which includes improvements such as an upgraded processor for faster access to applications. The panel can be personalized with the client’s logo, and also includes web-help and how-to videos for guiding end users.

Ricoh also offer customized applications or workflows that can be standardized throughout the company or within cloud-hosted user profiles (so individuals or departments can access specific workflows). Those settings or workflows can be rolled over to the new device once the current MFP reaches end of life.
