Product Overview
The new Kyocera ECOYSYS P4060dn is a black-and-white single-function printer aimed at medium and large offices with high-volume printing needs. It prints at up to 60 ppm and has a first-page-out time of 3.8 seconds. The P4060dn comes with a 9″ color touchscreen display panel that has a customizable home screen. Also included is a 1.2 GHz processor, 4 GB of memory, 8 GB Solid State Drive (SSD) and a 320 GB hard drive.
PCL, PostScript and XPS printing are standard, and USB, Ethernet and wireless connectivity are supported. Users can print from their mobile devices via Mopria print service, Google Cloud Print, Apple AirPrint or Kyocera’s dedicated mobile print app.

Features
Paper handling starts with a dual 500-sheet tray and a 150-sheet multipurpose tray. One of the 500-sheet trays support up to legal size, while the other can accommodate up to 12″ x 18″ in paper size. There are three optional paper sources: a dual ledger-sized 500-sheet tray, a dual letter-sized 1,500-sheet tray and a 3,000-sheet letter-sized side deck. The maximum paper capacity is 7,150 sheets. Kyocera also offers an optional banner paper guide and an optional job separator.
There is a standard 500-sheet output tray. There are a few finishing options. First, there’s a 1,000-sheet finisher with 50-sheet multiposition stapling. An optional hole punch kit can be added to the finisher. Then, there’s a 4,000-sheet finisher with 65-sheet multiposition stapling. It supports three additional options: a hole punch kit, a booklet finisher/tri-fold unit and a seven-bin mailbox.
The maximum monthly volume is 300,000 pages. Automatic duplexing is standard.
Other printing features include EcoPrint, private print and job management.
The printers include standard security features, such as local authentication, network authentication and LDAP. Users can purchase additional features, such as a data security kit or a card authentication kit.
