Unreliable

on 2018-02-15 12:44:42

My office bought the Konica Minolta Bizhub c454e about 1 year ago. It has all the bells and whistles and apparently the best price in its class. We set it up to do fax, scanning, printing, copying, everything. Fortunately, we PURCHASED A SERVICE CONTRACT. Otherwise, we would be in deep trouble. We have called and had servicing done on this device AT LEAST 30 times since buying it. The problems range from printer connectivity issues, scanning issues, and fax issues. You can count on this device to foul up AT LEAST once per month, and spend hours with dealing with servicers (who are polite and professional) when you should be doing your job and making money! I have not tried other printers in this class, but this Cadillac of Printers is about as unreliable as a FERRARI!
