SkyPrep LMS is an online training software that helps companies efficiently train their employees and customers. It has an intuitive interface with a clean design and layout. SkyPrep LMS is deployed in the cloud, so learners can access their course content from any device.
With SkyPrep LMS, companies can build courses, sell them to their external customers and track course metrics. Trainers can build and store an unlimited number of courses and assessments. Companies can also customize their LMS interface with corporate branding, logos and colors.

Enterprise – The Enterprise plan accommodates over 1,000 active learners and includes all features of the Professional plan, plus multiple platforms, a course sharing module, the ability to limit access by domain and IP address, custom migration planning, custom SMTP and service level agreements.
Finally, we want to briefly mention SkyPrep’s other product, the BoostHQ knowledge sharing platform. This product lets a company’s subject matter experts share their knowledge with other employees via documents, images, videos or other resources. Employees can also discuss specific topics within the platform.

Here are some of SkyPrep LMS’ key features:
SkyPrep LMS allows companies to fully customize their learning interface. Administrators can upload their company’s logos, select colors and themes, create their own branded welcome screen and add additional images and icons. They can also customize pre-designed certificate templates with their company’s logos and colors or build their own certificates. SkyPrep LMS accommodates custom URLs and is also available in nine languages.
SkyPrep LMS has a course creation tool that lets users make courses within minutes. Users can upload any file, such as PDFs, Microsoft Office files, multimedia presentations, videos and embedded links. Content can be reused in other courses, so users won’t need to make new content each time. Users can also make assessments and surveys that can be automatically graded, as well as customized learning paths.
SkyPrep LMS integrates with OpenSesame, giving users access to a library of over 10,000 pre-built courses that can be imported directly into the LMS. It also integrates with these solutions for webinars training: ClickMeeting, GoToMeeting, Zoom and BigBlueButton.
SkyPrep LMS automates and streamlines the course management process by sending automatic emails and deadline reminders, and generating certificates once learners complete courses. Administrators can upload user names and data in bulk, group specific departments or learners, and set customizable access permissions (Admin, Manager and Learner).
SkyPrep LMS includes robust reporting tools, such as course performance profiles, user performance profiles, spreadsheets and visual reports, and the ability to view multiple reporting levels.
The company also introduced gamification functionality that allows trainers to create game-based (e.g., badges, points, leaderboards) learning experiences. They can track learners’ progress and reward them for their achievement.

Implementation/Integration
SkyPrep is a cloud-based service, meaning it can be instantly deployed and there are no implementation processes to go through to make the platform live. As soon as a subscription has been purchased, access is immediately granted.
And once a subscription has been purchased, the process of adding content, creating assessments, building courses and adding/enrolling users can begin. This process can vary depending on the quantity of items being added, but on average, users can expect a two-week period for implementation.
Previous course completion history can be migrated using a CSV file and more complex migrations can be done through the SkyPrep API.
SkyPrep LMS integrates to a wide variety of applications, such as HubSpot, Office 365, Google Apps, Dropbox, social networking tools and e-commerce companies. It also integrates to BambooHR, Ceridian Dayforce and ADP.
Customer Service & Support
A full help center with over 300 articles is available, along with ticket, email and phone support, depending on the chosen plan. Complimentary onboarding sessions are also provided.
SkyPrep does have regular updates that include new features and improve the user experience. Based on user feedback, they add new features and other ideas to their product roadmap for future releases.
