Arcoro LMS At A Glance

Good: Arcoro LMS provides configurable learning plans, the ability to track all certification requirements and easily accessible course content, all in one place.
Bad: Employee portal is limited to English and Spanish.
Bottom Line: Cloud-based LMS module that helps employees in construction and other industries grow their skills and meet certification requirements.

Product Overview

Arcoro’s LMS enables construction companies to deliver important training and capture, create, manage and share knowledge to improve workforce productivity, accelerate critical business processes, support compliance and power organizational performance. Companies can shrink the skills gap while they keep their workforce trained and equipped with in-demand skills.

Arcoro’s modular HR solutions promote transparency and improve employee engagement resulting in higher productivity, lower employee turnover and improved business results. This is done with:

  • Flexible training delivery methods
  • Compliance & certification management
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Learning plans/curriculum
  • Social learning and collaboration
  • Access to employee training libraries/content

The software has three main benefits:

  • Improved Workforce Productivity – Companies can integrate all learning activities (online, virtual or in person instructor-led and on-the-job) to develop their employees and improve performance.
  • Enhanced Employee Engagement – When companies take an active role in the development of their employees, they help them with their personal growth and create a career path within the organization.
  • Centralized Certifications and Compliance– The guesswork of certifications is eliminated by automating reminder notifications of approaching certification expiration in a centralized system.

Features

Arcoro LMS has robust features. Here are some of its key ones:

Content management and delivery – The software supports flexible training delivery, such as self-paced online courses or instructor-led (virtual or in-person) classes. Administrators can upload courses in SCORM, AICC, xAPI and CMI5 formats, and they can leverage Arcoro’s courses on a variety of topics (e.g., safety, leadership, ethics, diversity and inclusion). In addition, companies that need to implement OSHA-approved courses can do so via Arcoro’s training partners, ClickSafety or Training ABC.

Learning plans – Administrators can create blended learning plans based on their company’s unique needs and their team’s or employees’ skills and competencies. They can also assign specific courses by job codes or configurable groups. Arcoro LMS has a knowledge base that stores documents (e.g., company handbooks) that can be attached to a specific course.

Compliance and certification management – With this feature, administrators can upload employees’ certifications and set up notifications that remind employees of their certification deadlines. Employees can also electronically sign compliance paperwork and other documents via the software.

Social learning and collaboration – Employees can collaborate with each other by participating in work groups and discussions.

Reporting and dashboards – Administrators can track employee or course progress, as well as other metrics, at a glance via the dashboard. They can also access Arcoro’s built-in reports or create their own. The reports can be exported to a PDF, Word or Excel. Finally, student transcripts can be grouped individually, by team or both.
