Mangrove’s implementation management process (iM) uses minimal involvement of your company’s internal resources and works to discover your company’s needs as quickly as possible for fast and thorough implementation. Customization tools help mold the solution to HR’s workflow.
Mangrove also offers three training methods for teaching users how to best use the software:

Customer Service & Support
Mangrove customers are given a log-in for accessing Mangrove’s CRM support system. Customer support can also be accessed 9-6pm EST through phone and email. Through an After-Hours Support program, customers have access to 24/7 support.
Some customers have complained of slow customer service when needing medical reimbursements, and only select modules have mobile access.
Mangrove has remained a privately held company for over 20 years.
