Implementation/Integration

AsureForce client service experts assist cutsomers by following a specific deployment methodology that enhances effective project communication and assures a successful initiative.

They collaborate with each company’s team to understand their time & attendance policies and configure system parameters and options to meet them.

AsureForce works to ensure that the workflows match the way your employees, supervisors, and HR professionals work. And they provide training to enable administrators, supervisors and employees to gain full benefit of the system.

Some of they features AsureForce offers during the implementation process include:

  • Implementation Team –A group of experts working closely together with the company’s representatives
  • Implementation Process – Our Plan>Deploy>Accept methodology is outlined so customers know what goes on every step of the way
  • Client Expectations – Defining company expectations is critical to measuring operational success throughout the entire process – full transparency is a must.
  • Client Requirements Questionnaire (CRQ) – This planning guide contains questions about how each company currently tracks and manages employee time and how this will be done with AsureForce.
  • Training – To ensure user adoption, training is given to Project Team members, Administrators and Supervisors using GoToMeeting™. This is then followed with employee training.

Customer Service & Support

All AsureForce clients have access to a unique customer support portal online. Through this portal they can create, access, and track service requests.

AsureForce also has phone assistance available to clients.

Additional support features include an ROI calculator, deployment services (highlighted above), a workplace management glossary, a software video library, webinars, whitepapers, and executive briefings.

Shortcomings

Like many workforce management solutions, AsureForce faces resistance from companies that are used to doing payroll and time and attendance the old way, by hand.

Furthermore, not all software can be integrated with AsureForce. For companies that already have standalone “best in class” software, like a benefits administration tool, it may not be able to fully integrate with AsureForce.
