Bottom Line: A value-priced, scalable and configurable ATS platform for organizations of all sizes.

Product Overview

The Applicant Manager (TAM) is a standalone applicant tracking system that is focused on being easy – easy to use, easy to implement, easy to configure, and, perhaps most importantly for many businesses, easy to afford.

TAM is built for applicants, managers, and recruiters. The program is intuitive and user friendly, providing 24/7 secure access from mobile devices, Macs, and PC’s.

It provides full access to a company’s entire talent pool, including applicants and non-applicants, drawn from multiple sources, so that the most diverse pool is created.

As an integrated solution, TAM works with sites and programs like various job boards, Google, social media sites like Twitter and Facebook and LinkedIn, and assessment tools. It’s also adaptable for organizations of any size, working from one location or multiple locations, for companies advertising a single opening or a thousand openings.

Our Applicant Tracking Has Become Much More Streamlined and Organized!

on 2018-08-30 14:26:15

Since implementing TAM at our agency, our team is much more organized with tracking and managing all of our applicants and have a much more streamlined process. Our agency is growing like crazy, so it became extremely necessary for us to actually get a system in place to manage the influx of incoming applications and make it easy to post and update positions we are actively trying to fill. Throughout our interview process, several team members are involved with the applicant at different steps along the way, so having TAM makes it really simple to have all of the applicant's data and team member notes in one place that we can all access and reference easily. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Something else that was really appealing to us was it was really easy for us to integrate TAM into our existing workflows and tech stack and customize it to fit our recruiting process. The TAM team has been awesome to work with and offered support anytime we needed it throughout the implementation process as well as during our ongoing use of the platform.
