How Much Does NetSuite Cost?
The base NetSuite license costs $999 per month, with additional costs calculated based on the number of active users as well as the number of modules being accessed.
That means every customer receives their own unique pricing depending on their needs as a company. Some of the factors that determine NetSuite cost include ERP configuration, which add-on modules a company needs, the total user count and the length of the contract they sign.
NetSuite Base Plan:
The base NetSuite license costs $999 per month. Access costs for the service come at an additional $99 per user, per month NetSuite licensing fee.
NetSuite licensing is subscription based and can be renewed annually or for longer periods of time. Potential clients must contact a NetSuite consultant directly for a specific quote.

Oracle NetSuite Alternative #1: Odoo

In the past, Odoo Enterprise had a base price that uses a per-month strategy, plus companies had to also purchase individual apps if they wish to use them. However, the vendor has recently changed its pricing model where organizations can choose from a free plan or two paid plans.
Plan #1 Cost: Free
The Free plan includes access to a single app and accommodates unlimited users. Odoo notes that if an app depends on other apps (e.g., eCommerce app depends on the Website app or Invoicing app), the additional apps are free.
Plan #2 Cost: Standard
The Standard plan costs $24.90 per user, per month (annually) or $31.10 per user, per month (monthly) and can accommodate multiple apps, as well as unlimited support, hosting and maintenance. The pricing reflects the discount that new clients get for the first 12 months.
Plan #3 Cost: Custom
The Custom plan costs $37.40 per user, per month (annually) or $46.80 per user, per month (monthly) and are for organizations that prefer to customize Odoo to fit their requirements. It includes all features of the Standard plan, plus on-premise hosting, Odoo Studio, the ability to accommodate multiple companies/locations and external API.
Oracle NetSuite Alternative #2: Brightpearl
Brightpearl is another cloud-based ERP solution. It’s built (and priced) for companies trading $1 million or above.
Brightpearl offers financial management, inventory management, warehouse management, order management, customer management, accounting, workflow automation and payment management.

Like NetSuite, Brightpearl uses a personalized subscription service where quotes are tailored to each company.

Is Oracle NetSuite Right For You?

Small Businesses and Startups:
With a base user license price of $999 per month, plus an additional per user cost in the neighborhood of $99, NetSuite might be too pricey for most small businesses and startups.

Medium-Sized Businesses:
If you’re a medium-sized business with more complicated needs and a larger budget, NetSuite ERP should be a manageable expense. It’s likely that, given the size of your company, the base pricing will be within reach.
